It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Captain and Past Chief of the Roscoe Fire Company and PA State Instructor Sean Whiten. Sean was a very close friend to many and touched our lives in many different ways. Sean was also a past member of the Charleroi, Stockdale and Washington Twp. (fayette county)Fire Dept's. and held part time employment with the Mon Valley EMS. He will be sadly missed by all. Our thoughts and prayers will be with his family throughout their time of sorrow.
